Throughout this challenging period the board and executive team at LPeC has continued to consider the implications for our sector and to support our members in safeguarding their people, businesses and portfolio companies. LPeC as an organisation has been fully operational without interruption, with remote working to continue our activities as far as possible, while protecting staff and stakeholders.
We’re engaging continually with our members and adviser members to hear from them and encourage information sharing, and we're working in partnership with the other trade associations in our sector, particularly those where we share members.
Naturally, we've been assessing future activities, in particular our events programme. In light of uncertainty about the nature and the duration of social distancing measures, we’ve cancelled some events, such as our annual conference, and are delivering others, such as investor seminars, in new virtual formats.
