LPeC, announces the resignation of its Chief Executive, Douwe Cosijn, who will step down at the time of the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 5 September, 2019.
The Company has initiated a search for a new Chief Executive. Mark Florman, LPeC’s Chairman stated:
“I would like to thank Douwe for his excellent contribution to LPeC and his achievements over the past three and a half years. Under his leadership, LPeC has expanded its remit to encompass a broader set of strategies within the listed private capital markets, extended its membership to include leading advisers to the market and diversified its membership across the private capital markets internationally. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Douwe and wish him well for the future.” Commenting,
Douwe Cosijn added: “I would like to thank the Board and membership for their support. I am particularly pleased with the strategic repositioning we have undertaken to more effectively represent the attractiveness of listed private capital markets to investors. I am also grateful for the support received from across the advisory community in representing and communicating the importance of listed private capital to the broader market.”
