Olivier Millet, Eurazeo – joins LPeC Board

LPeC, the leading international platform for listed private capital companies is delighted to announce, Olivier Millet, member of the Executive Board of Eurazeo Group, has joined the Board of LPeC. Following Millet's appointment, the Board will increase to a total of eight including current Chairman Mark Florman. The LPeC Board has the responsibility for LPeC’s overall governance, relations with its members, Committees, and the monitoring of financial performance and external communications. The Current Board consists of Mark Florman, Chairman LPeC and Chairman/CEO Time Partners; Richard Boleat, Chairman CVC Credit Partners; Stuart Hastie, Director in the PE team, BMO Global Management; Andrew Lebus, a senior member of the Pantheon investment team; David Till, Co-Founder Oakley Capital Group; Kristof Vande Capelle, CFO of Gimv; Susanne Zeidler, CFO Beteiligungs AG.

Olivier has joined the Executive Board of Eurazeo Group in 2018. Leading Eurazeo PME for the past fourteen years, Olivier began his career in Private Equity in 1990 in 3i and then Barclays Private Equity and was recently Chairman of France Invest, The French Private Equity Association. Millet, who has worked for thirty years in the private equity sector, will provide superb expertise and insight as part of the LPeC Board. Olivier’s appointment will support the continuing growth of LPeC’s Global and European reach.

Olivier Millet was Chairman of France Invest (ex AFIC – the French Private Equity Association) (2016-2018), also Vice-Chairman of AFIC (2014-2016) and Chairman of AFIC’s ESG Commission from 2009 to 2015. Olivier Millet began his career as an entrepreneur in 1986 by creating Capital Finance. He then joined 3i (from 1990 to 1994), before moving to Barclays Private Equity France, where he contributed to the development and success of this pan- European fund for 11 years. In 2005, Olivier Millet became Chairman of the Executive Board of OFI Private Equity; an investment company floated on the stock market in 2007. In 2011, OFI Private Equity became Eurazeo PME, and it is now a Eurazeo group subsidiary. Olivier is also member of the Executive Board of Eurazeo Group since 2018. He

is also member of the Executive Board of MEDEF since September 2018.


Mark Florman is the Chairman of LPeC.  Mark is also the Chairman  & CEO of Time Partners, a merchant bank in London which advises private equity firms and investors in private equity. Mark was also the co-founder of the merchant banking group Maizels Westerberg, founder of 8 Miles and was a partner at Doughty Hanson for many years. Mark is on the board of several businesses and sits on a number of investment committees as an Independent Member.
